Review from Sarah C. : Starting with my first pregnancy and ever since, I've had many questions regarding nutrition and wellness for my two daughters. Jen has always been there with thoughtful, helpful, practical advice. I am so grateful to have a registered dietitian with education and lots of experience, who is also a mom herself, guide me through all the tricky problems of feeding two littles. Jen has helped me with treating my daughter's chronic constipation. She has also helped with a wide variety of questions including: dairy allergies, supplements, buying organic, gestational diabetes, and more. In addition to practical advice on day to day issues, Jen has helped me approach food with my children in a way that will hopefully lead to them having a good relationship with food and avoid eating disorders. I feel I've been able to avoid some common pitfalls of teaching my kids bad habits or associations with food had I not had Jen's wise advice on this topic. I am grateful for her time and help. With all the information online today it would seem like finding answers would be easy, but I feel just the opposite is true, often I feel more overwhelmed than anything. It's nice to have a sound, scientific, experienced mind on my side. Thank you Jen for all your help!
Review from Amber H. : Jen Scott has been my go-to source for diet and nutrition advice for several years. She has helped guide me on healthier eating habits during my fitness journey. Jen helped revise my nutrition plan to ensure I was getting enough calories throughout my pregnancy as well as while I breastfeed. I know I can trust Jen because of her experience and expertise, and unlike many others who claim to be nutritionists, she actually has her degree in the field and has dedicated herself to learning the science of nutrition and how it affects the body.
Review from Alan R. : I stopped running marathons a few years ago, but I have always wanted to qualify for the Boston Marathon. I simply gave up and said I was done. Deep down inside I wanted to run another marathon because of my competitive nature and I cannot end my marathoning after finishing my slowest marathon in 11 finishes. So I signed up for the Phoenix Marathon in February. I was given some great nutrition recommendations by Jen that helped tremendously. Her recommendations were about my nutrition for before, during and after workouts, specifically my long runs and for the marathon itself. Jen's recommendations were the key for me making it through my long runs and getting my second fastest marathon time out of 11 previous marathon finishes. Now I feel confident that I will one day qualify for the Boston Marathon. Thank you Jen.
