Endurance Package (includes a full nutrition assessment, diet analysis, & goal specific nutrition recommendations with weekly check-ins completed over 4 week. We will review personal health information, examine current eating patterns, discuss desired goals, and work together to identify possible areas of improvement and change)  $185.00 per 4 weeks (includes a total of 5 meetings)
  • Additional follow-up sessions with continued weekly check-ins (4 weeks) $85.00 per 4 weeks
  • Additional follow-up session with once monthly check-ins ( 1x every 4 weeks) $42.00 per 4 weeks
​Sprint Package (includes an initial consult & 1 follow-up; this would be ideal if you are looking for some quick information or recommendations on a specific topic, such as increasing protein intake, increasing iron intake, vegan alternatives to meat, eating before a race, increasing fiber intake, high calorie foods for weight gain, etc.*) $125.00
Run Coaching (includes personalized training plan provided weekly with regular feedback and problem solving.) $55/month

Run coaching can be added to any nutrition package.
