Welcome to Endurance Health and Nutrition. My name is Jen and I am a registered dietitian and certified specialist in sports nutrition with over 20 years of experience, RRCA run coach, and have been a runner myself for 27 years.

I have completed 23 marathons (including qualifying for Boston, NYC and Chicago), 33 half marathons, one 50k ultra, and countless shorter races such as 5ks and 10ks.

I am passionate about helping people learn how to fuel their bodies to meet their goals. I will meet you where you are at and work within your preferences, lifestyle, and needs. 

Populations I specialize in:
  • female athletes (adult, peri menopause, menopause, and post-menopause)
  • teen athletes
  • athletes with GI diagnoses (IBS, Celiac, Ulcerative Coltis, and Crohns)
  • Disordered eating
